Nick's Take
I grew up in Thurston, NE ... population ~100 (depending on who's on vacation). I was the youngest of four children where
I was tramautized by my brother, Chad, repeatedly holding me down and spitting on me. I would then swear about these torments
and my oldest sister, Kris, would overhear me and wash my mouth out with soap. Life was rough. In high
school I did pretty much every extracurricular activity available ... except for colorguard. Have you seen some of the people
that do that ... don't want to be a part of that crowd. I went to college at the
University of Rochester in Rochester, NY, majoring in Computer Science. I ended up in Burlington because IBM seemed like a
good company to start out working for, and Rochester just wasn't cold enough for me.

Colleen's Take
I grew up in Rochester, New York mostly dividing my time between East Irondequoit and Webster.
I am my dads only child, and my moms fourth on both sides, I grew up in a large family environment.
I spent a lot of my childhood doing various activities, from dance classes to gymnastics, playing the flute, painting, playing tennis, and colorguard.
I graduated from Eastridge High School in 1998 and moved about 3 hours north to attend college at Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York,
where I majored in Electrical Engineering. My roommate during my last three years of college was originally from Burlington, Vermont.
I really enjoyed the city each and every time that we visited we spent quite a bit of time in Vermont.
I had an internship at IBM in Burlington after my junior year.
I had such a great time that summer that I really pushed for a job in the same area.
After graduating from Clarkson in 2002, I moved to Burlington officially, working for IBM as a Qualifications Engineer.
